Parish Radio Link System
A Parish Radio Link was introduced in Kilmallock Church last year. This is a system that allows Church Ceremonies to be transmitted directly into the homes of those who through illness, frailty or any other reason are unable to make the journey to the Church. Now by simply switching on a special receiver any parishioner can hear Mass or other devotions in their own homes. The Radio Link System helps to relieve feelings of isolation and helps to deepen a sense of community and solidarity. Radio Receivers cost €35 each and are available in the Sacristy and the Pastoral Centre. A Radio Receiver would obviously be the ideal Christmas gift for an elderly family member or relative.
